About Our Client

The client is a privately owned, fast‑growing commercial general contractor with a strong presence across Central Texas, delivering complex ground‑up and renovation projects in sectors such as automotive, retail, office and light industrial.

Known for a hands‑on, non‑corporate culture, they operate with high autonomy, move quickly, and prioritise builders who thrive in an entrepreneurial, results‑driven environment with long‑term growth potential as the business continues to scale.

Job Description

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of commercial construction projects, including ground‑up and renovation work
  • Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships with minimal oversight
  • Drive fast‑track projects in active, operational environments
  • Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain quality, safety, and programme performance across multiple projects
  • Act as the primary point of contact for owners and key partners
  • Support the long‑term growth and reputation of the regional office
