Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Indirect Procurement Global Category Manager to lead sourcing and category management initiatives across key spend areas and regions. This role is a leadership position responsible for developing and executing global category sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and driving value creation while ensuring quality and compliance.

This role will be responsible for leading the sourcing of Marketing category which includes:

• Advertising agency services
• Marketing technology (MarTech)
• Market research
• Meetings and events
• Print and promotional products
• Specialized marketing services

Assess and mitigate risks, ensuring business continuity and supplier resilience.

Qualifications:

• BA or BS degree.
• 8+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills
• Proficiency in procurement tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Coupa)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) are a plus
• Experience working with a fashion or apparel business a plus.
