Job Summary
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for effectively entering all customer orders and service requests received into the order entry system.
What You'll Do...- Verifies customer information and billing information
- Establish correct information in preparing orders, billing, and correct documents that the company relies on
- Inputs all work orders
- Researches discrepancies in work orders and finds solutions
- Continues organizational support by following policies and procedures
- Communicates professionally with internal and external customers
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
What You'll Bring...- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient typing skills
- Must be able to perform work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
