Job Description
As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from initial planning through final turnover and warranty completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial performance
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and owners
- Conduct project planning, risk assessment, and value engineering activities
- Drive procurement efforts and subcontractor buyout processes
- Monitor project costs and proactively manage changes and forecasts
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and reporting
- Support field teams and collaborate closely with Superintendents
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Deliver projects that meet quality expectations, budget goals, and schedule commitments

The Successful Applicant- 10+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Strong background in commercial construction, retail construction, and/or church/religious construction
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls
- Experience leading subcontractors, vendors, and cross-functional project teams
- Knowledge of construction management software and project management tools
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience ($110k-140K)
