LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Outpatient Surgery for a travel nursing job in Brooklyn, New York.

RN Core responsibilities in Adult/Pediatric Primary Care
Conduct patient triage, assess clinical needs, and prioritize care Perform nursing assessments and document findings in the medical record Administer vaccinations, medications, and treatments within scope Manage care coordination, referrals, and follow up on test results Provide patient and family education on disease management and preventive care Monitor and respond to urgent clinical needs and escalate appropriately
Shift times (8, 10 or 12 hours/ Start end time)/schedule: 8 hours/Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Call Requirements/Expectations: NoFloat to other units? If yes, pleas list other units: No
Weekend and Holiday Requirements: No
Education Requirements: Associate/BSN
Exp preferred/Experience Requirements: 1-2 years
Previous Travel Experience Required: Y OR N? No
Certifications and Licensure Required: (Example: ACLS, ONC, PALS Etc.) BLS.
