GENERAL SUPPLY SPECIALIST with Security Clearance

Duties Performs developmental assignments of moderately difficult and complex nature consisting of well

• precedented tasks designed to orient the employee in the application of General Supply programs and activities.

Performs recurring assignments.

Performs special assignments in support of the organization; e.g., researching policy and comparing to new or modified guidelines to assess impact; analyzing and providing substantive evaluation of data affecting program operations; developing reports and briefings outlining study findings and recommendations; preparing and coordinating reference papers and documentation to support project initiatives; presenting reports to a variety of audiences; and performing analysis and providing recommendations to resolve issues.

Performs other duties as assigned.

• Selectee will be required to wear the military uniform.
• May be required to successfully complete a probationary period.
• Participation in direct deposit is mandatory.
• Membership in the Colorado Air National Guard or eligible to transfer into the COANG.
• Must hold the grade of E-4 thru E-6.
• Submit all required documentation.
• For positions requiring the operation for motor vehicle, candidates must have a valid state driver's license for the state in which they live or are principally employed.
• For positions requiring a security clearance (Secret or Top Secret) the applicant must possess or be able to obtain a clearance within one year of appointment.

1. An applicant's RESUME must provide, in detail, how they meet each specialized experience listed below.
2. It must be documented with "from (mm/yy)" and "to (mm/yy)" dates and description of the specialized experience.

You will be immediately disqualified if you fail to include specialized experience in your resume.

Must have at least 12 months of Specialized Experience in each of the following : 1.

1. Experience involving the control of supply stocks and accounting for equipment.
2. Experience which required person-to-person contacts to convey information and ability to compile reports, letters, memoranda, etc.
3. Experience with cost estimates, budgets, or funding management.
4. Experience conducting extensive and exhaustive searches for required information; reconstruct records for complex supply transactions; and/or provide supply operations support for supply activities.
