Maintenance Spare Parts Technician

salary: $15 - $18 per hourshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities- Manufacturing & Assembly: Operate production machinery and hand/power tools to fabricate parts according to blueprints or technical specs.
- Welding & Fabrication: Perform structural or cosmetic welds (MIG/TIG) on parts, ensuring strength and quality standards are met.
- Surface Prep & Refinishing: Sand, degrease, mask, and prepare parts for finishing. Apply industrial coatings, spray paint, or powder coatings.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished parts for defects, scratches, or structural issues before they move to shipping.
- Maintenance & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized workstation. Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines regarding PPE, ventilation, and tool usage.
The essential functions of this role include:
