Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services to an adult orthopedic hand therapy caseload, including both surgical and non-surgical patients
- Conduct 1-hour evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits, managing approximately 10 patients per day (40–50 patients per week)
- Fabricate custom splints as ordered by physicians
- Treat occasional post-CVA hand therapy patients as part of a mixed caseload
- Complete clinical documentation using the NextGen documentation system, supported by AI-assisted documentation technology
- Collaborate with PEC support staff and PRN rehab aides to deliver quality patient care
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of Ohio
- Demonstrated comfort treating hand therapy patients (CHT certification not required)
- Ability to fabricate custom splints as directed by physicians
- Minimum of 6 months of hand therapy-specific caseload experience
- Experience treating workers' compensation patients
- Familiarity with NextGen documentation system
- New graduates with applicable hand therapy experience are welcome to apply
