Travel RN
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently hiring a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice in Houston, TX.
This is an on-site, full-time position with daily travel to patient homes. Apply with a current resume for consideration.
Pay: $54.00 – $56.00 per hour (based on experience)Type: Three-month Contract with possibility of extension
Schedule: Monday – Friday (6:00 AM – 5:00 PM; 8-hour shifts within this window)
Weekly Guarantee: 40 hours
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as RN Case Manager providing hospice care to patients in home settings
- Conduct patient visits, assessments, and participate in Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) meetings
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans based on patient needs
- Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and hospice regulations
- Monitor patient conditions and identify changes requiring intervention
- Provide education to patients and families on disease progression, comfort care, and symptom management
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality outcomes
- Complete accurate and timely documentation per agency and regulatory standards
- Travel daily between patient homes within assigned coverage areas
- Participate in on-call rotation as required
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas required
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher required
- Prior hospice experience strongly preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, care coordination, and documentation skills required
- Ability to work independently in a home-based care environment

Pay Details: $54.00 to $56.00 per hour
