About Our Client

Our client is a leading applied HVAC manufacturer that designs and builds custom engineered air handling/ventilation solutions.

They serve important markets such as healthcare, higher education, data centers, and the life science space. They offer solutions such as custom Air Handling, fan systems, energy recover ventilation, and commercial HVAC.

They operate through a strong engineered driven sales model that tailors systems to the specific needs of each project rather than selling off the shelf equipment.

Job Description
  • Develop sales plan (objectives and forecasts) to align with overall sales plan
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate new entrepreneurial clients
  • Promote products to engineers on new products
  • Create and perform custom marketing for key clients
  • participate in trade shows (national and regional)
  • Support estimating/quotes with internal parties

The Successful Applicant
  • Technical Degree in Engineering or related degree with industry experience
  • 10 years of experience
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships
  • CRM and computer skills
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Coachability
