Minimum Requirements- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
- Active Texas COTA license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to start.
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in outpatient pediatric settings preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple evaluations per week and complete documentation in a cloud-based reporting system (BOX preferred).
- Ability to interact effectively with children and caregivers, implement exercise programs, and maintain timely reports.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred but not required.
- Facility Type: Outpatient.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday (36 hours) and Friday (4 hours).
- Typical Hours: Monday–Thursday 1:00 PM–8:00 PM; Friday 2:00 PM–6:00 PM.
- Caseload: Approximately 4 evaluations per week.
- Documentation: Cloud-based BOX reporting system.
