LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Ambulatory Care Manager for a travel nursing job in San Francisco, California.

1 year ambulatory experience needed; PREFERRED: Experience in the management of other organ transplant recipients, Working knowledge of immunosuppressive therapies; Pheonix experience
Cardiac Nursing experience with management of Heart Failure and /or Heart Transplant recipients.Ability to float to other UCSF Facilities.
This position will be responsible for coordination of care for patients who have heart transplants: Immunosuppression monitoring
Prophylactic Antibiotic ManagementMonitoring for organ rejection
Monitoring for infection
All other routine and typical patient monitoring
