Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service through email and phone communication while meeting service level expectations
- Manage order lifecycle including order entry, tracking, and invoicing using order management systems
- Collaborate with Sales, supply chain, finance, and regulatory teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and delivery
- Coordinate logistics, shipping, and tracking while proactively resolving and escalating customer service issues
- High school diploma with 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with SAP or ERP systems preferred
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented problem solver with ability to manage high-volume workload and multitask
- Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
- Weekly paycheck
- Pay: $20.50/hr

Pay Details: $20.50 per hour
