• Support engineering teams under general supervision by performing technical tasks requiring an intermediate understanding of engineering principles and practices
• Utilize digital design tools and software (CAD, BIM, 3D modeling) to create, modify, and maintain technical documentation, drawings, and project deliverables
• Begin providing technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineering technicians as skills develop
• Perform electrical drafting tasks with 23 years of experience focused specifically on electrical projects (civil drafting backgrounds not considered)
• Contribute to substationrelated drafting, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and site layout support
• Apply 23 years of Autodesk AutoCAD experience (MicroStation experience is a plus)
• Work onsite, 5 days/week, at the Chattanooga office; must live within a commutable distance
• Grow technical expertise around a key local client by working directly from the Chattanooga location

• Maintain current knowledge of standards, systems, document control, departmental guides, and COMPANY policies and procedures
• Apply the COMPANY Quality Program to ensure accuracy and compliance of deliverables
• Demonstrate strong personal accuracy and support continuous improvement and changemanagement initiatives
• Expand use of applications and tools to evaluate and improve methods, processes, and procedures
• Create and develop deliverables based on a variety of design inputs
• Perform basic computations such as material quantity estimates and dimensional checks
• Coordinate deliverables with other project groups to minimize interference or errors
• Focus on internal client needs while developing an understanding of external client priorities
• Proactively seek and share knowledge of emerging technologies and processes
