- Role: Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Rehab
- Contract Length: 13 weeks (June 1, 2026 – August 31, 2026)
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,920 – $2,060
- Hours: 40 hours/week guaranteed
- Shift: 8-hour days; Day shifts (M, T, W: 9am–6pm; Th: 8:15am–3:45pm; F: 9am–4:30pm; some flexibility for shorter days)
- Call/Weekend Requirement: None
- Orientation: 8 hours
- Valid Michigan Physical Therapy license required (MI PT license)
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist (outpatient preferred)
- Experience treating orthopedic and neurological patient populations required
- Epic electronic health record (EHR) / Epic charting experience required
- Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions accepted)
- References required
- Pelvic floor therapy experience highly preferred (not required)
- Previous charge or community hospital experience preferred
- Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy services to adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients
- Evaluate and treat a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions, including post-operative care, spinal disorders, joint replacements, and cognitive-related rehab
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and discharge plans focused on functional outcomes
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and long-term self-management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including PT colleagues and rapid response teams, to coordinate patient care
- Use specialized rehab equipment such as the AlterG anti-gravity treadmill
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in Epic EHR
- Participate in orientation, competency training, and annual modules
