Soldering Technician
We are seeking a detail-oriented Soldering Technician / Assembler to join our production team. If you have a steady hand, a keen eye for quality, and enjoy the satisfaction of building complex electronic components from the ground up, we want to hear from you.
As a key member of our assembly line, you will be responsible for ensuring every connection is precise and every product meets our high standards of excellence.
salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per yearshift: First

Responsibilities- Precision Soldering: Perform high-quality hand soldering of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and through-hole components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs).
- Mechanical Assembly: Build electronic enclosures and sub-assemblies using various hand tools (screwdrivers, torque wrenches, pliers).
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and Work Instructions (WI) to ensure accurate assembly.
- Quality Inspection: Use magnifying lamps and microscopes to self-inspect solder joints for bridges, cold solders, or voids, ensuring compliance with IPC-A-610 standards.
- Rework & Repair: De-solder and replace defective components as needed without damaging the board or surrounding pads.
