Job Summary:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse for an outpatient surgical center. The RN will assist in perioperative care across multiple surgical specialties including orthopedics, urology, general surgery, ENT, ophthalmology, podiatry, and pain management, ensuring safe and efficient surgical workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide circulating and perioperative nursing care in outpatient OR
• Assist surgeons during surgical procedures across multiple specialties
• Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and equipment
• Ensure strict sterile technique and infection control compliance
• Perform patient positioning and surgical safety checks
• Monitor patient status throughout perioperative process
• Document intraoperative care accurately
• Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams
• Support smooth turnover between surgical cases
• Ensure compliance with outpatient surgical protocols

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year OR nursing experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Strong perioperative and sterile technique skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced outpatient surgical environment

Licensure & Certification:

• Active California RN License required (no pending license accepted)
