Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of home health experience for a 13-week Home Health assignment in the Fresno, CA area serving a geriatric patient population.
Details- Home health setting serving a geriatric patient population
- Average caseload of 5–7 patients per day
- Monday through Friday schedule, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break
- No on-call or weekend requirements
- Territory covers a 50-mile radius from the hub/office
- Mileage between patient homes is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
- EMR: HCHB (experience required)
- Minimum 1 year of recent home health PT experience required
- Current CA PT license required (no pending licenses accepted)
- Current BLS certification required
- HCHB EMR experience required
- OASIS experience required
- License required if applicable
- First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
- Local candidates are accepted at the travel rate
- 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
- All time off or scheduling requests must be disclosed at the time of initial submission
