The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders while ensuring compliance with state and federal long-term care regulations. Candidates must be comfortable collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and providing patient-centered therapy within a skilled nursing environment.

Requirements:
Minimum 1+ year of current LTC SLP experience highly preferred
Active Michigan Speech Language Pathologist License required
BLS Certification (AHA) required
Strong knowledge of skilled nursing facility regulations, procedures, and long-term care guidelines required
Must be willing to complete medical screening and fingerprinting within 24–48 hours if offered
