Job Description- Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient execution.
- Oversee and manage subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clear communication.
- Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment to meet project goals.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 8+ years of experience
- Tilt-Up construction experience
- Strong understanding of construction project management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and codes.
- Proven ability to solve problems and make sound decisions under pressure.
