The Opportunity
NJM Insurance Group is seeking friendly, customer service‑oriented professionals to join our Contact Center as Licensed Account Representatives. In this role, you will support NJM policyholders through inbound calls, assisting with new policy setup, policy transactions, coverage explanations, and billing questions.
You will receive top‑quality, paid training and company‑sponsored licensure to prepare you for success in personal lines insurance. As part of the NJM team, youll play a key role in continuing our long‑standing reputation for delivering award‑winning service.
Work Schedule
Day Shift:
MondayFriday: 9:45 AM 6:00 PMEvery Saturday: 8:30 AM 4:45 PM
One weekday off and Sundays off
5% shift differential
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a high‑quality customer experience while consulting and counseling customers on NJMs products via inbound callsProvide appropriate coverage options tailored to individual customer needs and complete policy transactions as needed
Demonstrate effective time management to meet performance goals and service targets
Provide accurate, independent, and procedurally compliant responses for new and existing personal lines insurance inquiries
Qualifications Required:
High School Diploma or GEDExcellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer navigation skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word
Accurate keyboarding skills
Strong listening skills and ability to multitask effectively
Prior customer service and/or contact center experience
Ability to maintain a quiet, distraction‑free home work environment
Preferred:
Associates or Bachelors degreeBilingual skills (valued, not required)
Personal Lines Authority Insurance License
