Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements:
- Active Indiana RN license or multi-state compact RN license
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association

- Experience in Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) or Short-Term Acute Care Hospital (STACH) settings required
- Proficiency with MCG criteria and discharge planning across acute care environments
- Demonstrated strong interdisciplinary team collaboration skills
