Robert Half is looking to place a Digital Marketing Manager with our client in Atlanta. You must be able to develop compelling offers and drive growth in this rewarding Digital Marketing Manager role. We are also looking for someone who is competent in making decisions, get the job done, and be good with people and details—all while keeping tight control over the bottom line.

You must be experienced and knowledgeable as we are looking for someone who understands the ins and outs of marketing strategy, analysis, and campaign execution. This Digital Marketing Manager role offers a unique opportunity to lead digital improvement initiatives while also participating in digital transformation efforts.

  • Confirm that the CRM plan is executed in due time and within budget
  • Spearhead weekly reviews with key stakeholders, get budgetary sign off and report back on ROI
  • Cultivate, suggest, forge, and oversee long-term digital marketing campaigns; plus spearheading short-term advertising and marketing solutions
  • Supervise a team of digital specialists as well as direct the digital strategy
  • Team up with product and operational teams to identify key opportunities to improve the customer journey & experience
  • Prompt more insight and analysis into the effectiveness of CRM initiatives
  • Set up take up of products/services through new channels to fall in line with business objectives
  • Provide clear communications to the customer that are necessary to their needs and life stage
  • 3-5 years of Digital Marketing
  • Accomplished in vendor management
  • Awareness of Content Management System (CMS) & Digital Marketing System (DMS)
  • The ideal candidate should have a reasonable combination of skill, management experience and initiative
  • Educated sense of frontline customer journey, driving traffic to our main site
  • Expert in SEO/SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email marketing, Digital Ad displays, Retargeting, CRM
  • Digital Marketing experience preferred
  • Deep understanding of brand management
  • Google Ad experience desired
  • Previous role in management preferred
  • Tactical multi-channel marketing and digital brand consistency
  • Has a demonstrated ability in establishing digital brands with strong ROI
