Job Description- Support and execute the global payroll strategy in alignment with broader business objectives
- Establish global payroll governance, risk, and control frameworks
- Serve as process owner for US payroll tax compliance across all applicable states
- Collaborate with HRIS to maintain and enhance integrations across payroll and ERP systems
- Monitor changes in global labor, tax, and employment legislation
- Partner with Legal and Compliance on country‑specific payroll practices
- Leverage payroll analytics to identify trends and support workforce planning
- Manage global payroll vendors and ensure SLA adherence

The Successful Applicant- 10+ years of global payroll experience, with exposure to Workday and ADP highly preferred
- Financial Services industry experience strongly preferred
- Global Payroll experience required
- Bachelor's degree required

- Comfortable working across time zones with flexibility
- Able to work onsite, 3 days a week in Manhattan
