- The Following Certification Are Required What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in WI or IMLC ABLS: No ACLS: Yes Will you reimburse Vendor for costs associated with licensing Provider?: No ATLS: No BLS: Yes PALS: Yes Description/Other Details: We are looking for Pediatric coverage for one full week each month in August and November.
This would include 24-hour hospital call each day.
Hospitals are 30 minutes apart.We would also prefer clinic coverage each weekday.
