Job Qualifications
A Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) or equivalent certification is required.
Experience: Previous experience in sterile processing is necessary, often with a minimum of 2-3 years.Technical knowledge: In-depth knowledge of sterilization techniques, infection control, and automated sterilization systems is critical.
Leadership and communication: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are crucial for managing a team and coordinating with other hospital staff.- High School Graduate / GED
