Pediatric Acute Care RN – Travel Assignment

Schedule: 36 Guaranteed Hours/Week | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM | 7 Shifts per Pay Period

Position Overview

A leading regional healthcare facility in Northern Arizona is seeking an experienced Pediatric Acute Care Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment. This role involves providing compassionate, patient-centered care to pediatric patients in an acute care setting while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Arizona RN License NOT required
• Active RN License from any U.S. State or Territory accepted
• Work in a culturally diverse and community-focused healthcare environment
• Day shift schedule with consistent hours

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to pediatric acute care patients
• Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate nursing interventions
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and ongoing care
• Adhere to nursing standards, hospital policies, and patient safety protocols
• Provide compassionate and culturally sensitive patient care

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
• Active, unrestricted RN License from any U.S. State, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Territory
• Current AHA BLS Certification
• Current AHA ACLS Certification
• Current AHA PALS Certification
• P-CAR certification required within 6 months of hire
• NIHSS certification required within 6 months of hire
