Your responsibilities
-Hands-on participation with and management of a team in ensuring month close deadlines are met
• Participation in budget preparation, forecasting, and monthly departmental review and reporting
• Support Controller in preparing analytics and reports for Board meetings
-Mentor, guide, and manage well-performing team
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Not for profit industry experience
• Comfortable with technology including Excel, General ledger software
• Month close experience; budget preparation
• Strong problem-solving skills
• 5+ years of recent relevant financial experience
