Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Florida Physical Therapy state license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in an outpatient setting preferred.
- Demonstrated skills in musculoskeletal evaluation and therapeutic exercise preferred.
- Ability to manage documentation in electronic medical record systems preferred.
- Facility Type: Outpatient.
