- Shift: 8-hour shifts, 8:00am – 4:30pm (includes on-call and weekend rotation as scheduled)
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120 – $2,230
- Dress Code: Royal Blue/Black Scrubs
- Mileage Reimbursement: Yes, mileage reimbursed between patient visits
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state required for assignment
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher; BSN preferred
- Minimum 1 year nursing experience; home health or homecare experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient education skills
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently, manage a flexible travel schedule, and complete in-home visits
- Reliable transportation for travel between patient homes (valid driver’s license and insurance)
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, following individualized care plans
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document clinical findings accurately in the EMR
- Administer medications, IVs, treatments, and wound care as prescribed
- Educate patients and families on disease management, medication administration, and self-care techniques
- Coordinate care and communicate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in on-call and weekend rotations as scheduled
- Maintain compliance with agency policies, state regulations, and home health quality standards
