Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week contract assignment. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional independence.
Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide physical therapy treatments to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, home programs, and injury prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Follow all facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of recent Physical Therapist experience preferred.
- Current BLS certification (AHA preferred).
- Strong communication, documentation, and patient care skills.
