Accounting Functional Backfill (Epicor)

Tatum project for a client upgrading to the latest version of Epicor Kinetic. This project's duration will be for 3+ months and the consultant needs to free up staff for training on new system. Tatum's resource will serve primarily as a functional backfill to ensure day-to-day accounting duties are maintained while staff is being trained.

experience: 5 Years

Scope:

• Need to focus on AP, AR (fairly complex cash receipts), GL analysis, and supporting EOM process
• Close process currently takes around 20 days. Tatum consultant should offer suggestions on areas to improve in order to shorten close
• Tatum consultant is to ensure daily, weekly, monthly accounting duties are maintained while existing accounting team receives necessary training on new system

qualifications: Must be local to DFW, Texas

Must have 5+ years experience @ Staff Accountant Level or Higher

Epicor Experience is preferred

Must have Bachelors degree

skills: Epicor, AP, AR, Month-End Close, AR Billing
