- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey or valid compact RN license
- Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room (ER) / Emergency Department (ED) nursing experience
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour evening shifts as a travel nurse
- Strong clinical assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
- Assess, triage, and treat patients with a wide range of acute and urgent medical conditions
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Administer medications, perform emergency procedures, and monitor patient status
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately and efficiently in the medical record
- Provide compassionate support and education to patients and families during critical moments
- Gain valuable Emergency Department experience as a Travel RN in New Jersey
