- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Medical Surgical Telemetry or acute care nursing
- BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment
- Deliver direct patient care in the Medical Surgical Telemetry unit
- Monitor, assess, and interpret cardiac telemetry readings for acute care patients
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Accurately document patient care and progress in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and discharge instructions
