Warehouse Operator

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operator to support daily warehouse operations. You will be responsible for handling, storing, and dispatching garden care, agricultural, and husbandry products while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

• Receive, unload, and store incoming deliveries
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
• Maintain accurate stock records and assist with stock counts
• Ensure proper storage of seeds, fertilizers, tools, feed, and related products
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe
• Follow health & safety procedures at all times
• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles
• Report damaged goods or discrepancies

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Valid forklift license (preferred / required depending on role)
• Ability to perform manual handling and lifting
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of health & safety practices

• Experience working with agricultural, horticultural, or husbandry products
• Basic IT skills (e.g., scanning systems, inventory software)
