Licensed Practical Nurse - Parkersburg, WV - LPNVP

Shift: Day Shift (AP) | Timing: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | 36 Hours/Week

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Parkersburg, WV.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and patients
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and charting
• Assist with daily patient care and activities of daily living
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations
• Support a safe and comfortable environment for residents

• Active LPN License in good standing
• Current BLS Certification preferred
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong critical thinking and clinical problem-solving abilities
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams
