Job Description

Support quality control activities across manufacturing and assembly processes
Perform inspections using manual and automated measurement equipment
Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements with guidance from senior staff
Assist with root cause analysis and corrective action investigations
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
Help maintain documentation aligned with quality system requirements
Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
1-4 years of experience in a quality, manufacturing, or inspection role
Working knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawings
Exposure to CMM inspection and metrology equipment (training provided)
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Willingness to learn quality tools and industry standards
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
