Human Resources Manager

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS) preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources management.
- Professional certifications, such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and software.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with HR data analytics and visualization tools.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, such as Title VII or ADA.
- Familiarity with performance management and employee engagement strategies.
