Job Description- Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Maintain project documentation and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
- Support the procurement process, including sourcing materials and managing vendor relationships.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and address any on-site issues.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or management
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management, related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Competitive salary range of $88-110K annually.
