MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field plus 5 years of post-bachelor, progressive, related work experience.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
Working with mergers, acquisitions and divestitures including pre-deal operations and information technology due diligence, integration planning, separation planning, synergy and cost savings analysis, and/or post-close transformation; Conducting resource requirements, project workflow, budgets and status updates; Developing financial statements and deals- related financial and operational analyses; and
Managing and conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of complex data.
80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
Travel Requirements: Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% required.
