Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Clinic-Based
Location: Oceanside, CAPay: $25 – $32/hour
About the Opportunity
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is partnering with a growing, mission-driven ABA therapy provider launching a new clinic in the Oceanside area. This organization is dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based services to children with autism while fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
This is a clinic-based role with guaranteed hours, ideal for RBTs seeking stability, professional growth, and the opportunity to be part of a brand-new center.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Client Care- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a clinic setting
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs
- Support development in communication, social, and daily living skills
- Maintain a structured, safe, and engaging environment
- Accurately record session data and track client progress
- Complete session notes in compliance with insurance requirements
- Maintain organized and timely documentation
- Partner with BCBAs and clinical staff to ensure quality care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., speech, OT, education)
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
- Maintain required certifications (RBT, CPR/First Aid, etc.)
- Submit timesheets and documentation on time
- Communicate professionally and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Active RBT certification (BACB) – required
- Minimum of a high school diploma (additional education preferred)
- Experience working with individuals with autism or in an ABA setting
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check
- Clinic-based setting – no in-home travel required

Pay Details: $25.00 to $32.00 per hour
