Resident Care Supervisor (LPN)

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Assisted Living Facility

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and treatment monitoring
• Assess residents’ health status and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Assist with activities of daily living and ensure residents’ comfort and safety
• Document resident care accurately and maintain detailed medical records
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies
• Support a positive and respectful environment for residents and staff

Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state
• Prior experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
