Memory Care Administrator
Overview:
Trinity Terrace is currently seeking an Assisted Living/Memory Support Administrator to assist with nursing needs in our beautiful Assisted Living/Memory Care units. Trinity Terrace is a beautiful and vibrant senior living community that has been serving Fort Worth seniors for more than 100 years.Trinity Terrace offers care and support in various areas such as Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing. Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 /year ; DOE
Schedule: Full-Time (Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm)
What You’ll Be Doing:
You will be responsible for oversight of all operational activities in the Assisted Living/Memory Care Centers, including all aspects of care and delivery of services to residents therein, staff supervision, and quality assurance. You will also maintain financials for the units, while staying within budgetary guidelines.
About You:
- Current nursing license to practice in Texas (LPN or RN).
- Proof of current assisted living manager training course is preferred.
- Current and valid AHA BLS CPR and first aid certification.
- Three (3) to five (5) years’ leadership experience in a senior living facility or nursing home.
- Prior supervisory experience in a similar setting including budgeting, performance management, discipline, program development and management of staff.
- Previous experience with scheduling and service plans.
- Working knowledge of long-term care facility medical practices and procedures, state and federal privacy laws, state and federal operations regulations, OSHA.
- Current and valid CPR and first aid certification.
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, medical records and clinical software programs and other relevant business applications.
- Availability to be on-call during the evenings and weekends as needed.
