Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes. The RN will perform skilled assessments, administer medications, and educate patients and their families on health management.
Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing care in patient homes including assessments and medication administration.
- Utilize medical equipment and adaptive devices to assist patients with their daily activities.
- Educate patients and their families about health management, medications, and home exercise programs.
- Document patient care and progress accurately as per regulatory requirements.
- Recognize and report signs of potential abuse or neglect.
- Ensure safety and implement injury prevention strategies for patients.
- Minimum of 1 year of home health experience required.
- Current state RN license or compact license required.
- BLS certification required.
- OASIS training preferred.
- Valid driver's license and a car for home visits.
