About Our Client

Our client is a growing, well‑established commercial general contractor delivering new construction and renovation projects across multiple markets. • Managing projects from contract award through final completion
• Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Leading project meetings and acting as the primary client point of contact
• Managing change orders, RFIs, and submittals
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards, drawings, and specifications
• Supporting pre‑construction planning and buyout activities as needed

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes and best practices
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance

• Base salary starting at $100,000 (flexible depending on experience)
