Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visitTake accurate drink and food orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to safety standards
Serve food promptly while maintaining presentation quality and ensuring guest satisfaction
Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and processing payments efficiently with POS systems
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations
Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions as needed to support team efforts
Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously without sacrificing quality
Experience
Previous restaurant or food service experience is required; fine dining or banquet experience is highly desirableProven ability to work in a high-energy environment such as a nightclub or busy restaurant setting
Knowledge of spirits and wine desireable
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
Knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety standards, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations
Ability to manage time effectively while balancing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
