The Vice President of Property Management will lead our team of Regional Managers. The position is responsible for the operations of a portfolio of Multifamily Communities. The goal of this position is to drive value through effective leadership, financial insight, and innovative business strategies.

This position works closely with management throughout the organization, to ensure the strategic goals and values are achieved.

  • Oversee the operations of a portfolio of Multi-housing communities.
  • Monitor and maximizes bottom-line profitability throughout the portfolio
  • Mentor and develops middle management, develop bench strength, create clear and measurable goals that drive property and employee success
  • Drives consistency of operations, identifies best practices, and leads implementations
  • Facilitate a healthy, collaborative team atmosphere. Develops internal trust and employs team integrity to achieve industry-leading results
  • Consult with Construction partners for property management-related considerations for developed assets as well as assets undergoing renovation
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and effective employee management acumen
  • Develop and implement improved systems to monitor operating performance and team productivity
  • Stay abreast of industry compliance, legal and code issues to insure company adherence and follow Bridge policies and procedures and compliance with Fair Housing, state, and federal laws
  • Special projects and other responsibilities as assigned

  • Previous experience as a real estate executive or similar.
  • Management, sales and marketing experience strongly preferred
