Are you a dedicated RN looking for a stable, rewarding opportunity in correctional health? We're seeking motivated Correctional Nurses to work 3x12-night shifts at the San Luis Obispo Jail in beautiful California. This is your chance to make a difference while enjoying a flexible travel assignment.
Position Details:
- Start Date: 2-3 weeks after offer acceptance
- Duration: 13-week assignment with potential for extension
- Schedule: 3 nights per week (12-hour shifts), including every other weekend and eligibility to work 2 of the 3 holidays
- Location: 1585 Kansas Ave, San Luis Obispo, CA 93405
- Setting: Correctional facility with different units for minimum, medium, and maximum security inmates (3400 inmates, male and female separated)
- Experience Required: Minimum of 3 months corrections nursing experience
What You Bring:
- Valid RN license in California
- Correctional nursing experience (minimum 3 months)
- Ability to work closely with diverse inmate populations, including both male and female inmates in separate units
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
