Minimum Qualifications- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Florida State PTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Minimum 3+ years of skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience. (Client requirement.)
- Experience treating geriatric patients and working with restorative nursing programs is preferred.
- Experience with electronic medical records in a SNF setting is preferred.
