- Analyzes and develops VOIP networks, designing and planning installation and maintenance of VOIP systems from project inception to conclusion
- Manages Jabber and WebEx, and ensures proper integration and communication of those systems with the VOIP network
- Administer licensing and users on call Manager
- Help manage connections coming in from ISP for demarc/fiber/POTS/Fax lines
